Germany's insolvent Pfleiderer finds investor Aug 16th 2012, 12:09 FRANKFURT | Thu Aug 16, 2012 8:09am EDT FRANKFURT Aug 16 (Reuters) - German wood laminate maker Pfleiderer has found an investor to rescue it from insolvency and will seek to delist from the stock exchange in October. Luxembourg-based private equity company Atlantik will become sole owner of Pfleiderer, management board member Hans-Joachim Ziems told reporters on Thursday.
